  • No waxing, threading or plucking for 4 weeks prior
  • Avoid sun & self-tanner for 48 hours
  • Skip retinoids on the area for 48 hours
  • Arrive with clean, dry skin — no lotion or deodorant

After your session

  • Mild redness for a few hours is normal
  • Skip hot showers, sauna, intense workouts for 24h
  • Skip sex and intense exercise for 24 hours
